Cadets Drone Familiarization

Marksmanship Activity (Pushed to Sunday)

📅 When: Sunday, March 1, 2026

📍 Where: 150 Chemin Freeman, QC, J8Z 2B4

💂 Dress: Civilian sports attire

⏰Timings: 0900 to 1200

🔔 Details: You must be available for the Regional Competition held on March 14, 2026, to be on the team.

*New: Senior Cadets interested in helping out during the competition can email the Squadron.


Drill Team and Flag Party

📅  When: Monday, March 2, 2026

📍 Where: Ste Trinité School, 879 St Joseph Street, Rockland

💂 Dress: Civilian attire

⏰Timings: 1800 to 2100

🔔 Details: Reminder to enter through side door (by parking lot) and wear your indoor shoes inside the school. No outdoor shoes are permitted. Don't forget your water bottle.


Regular Training

📅 When: Tuesday, March 3, 2026

📍 Where: Carrefour Jeunesse Public Elementary and Secondary School

💂 Dress: C5

⏰Timings: 1830 to 2100

⏰Guest Timings: 1900 to 2100

🔔 Details: A reminder to bring your water bottle, snacks, and note-taking material.


Music (Pipes and Drum Band)

📅 When: Thursday, March 5, 2026

📍 Where: Ste Trinité School, 879 St Joseph Street, Rockland

💂 Dress: Civilian attire

⏰Timings: 1800 to 2100

🔔 Details: This activity is open to all cadets. Please enter through side door (by parking lot). You must wear indoor shoes inside the school. No outdoor shoes are permitted. Don't forget your water bottle. Make sure you come prepared with your theory level workbook and music sheets.


Marksmanship Activity

❓What: Maple Defender is a thrilling four-hour defensive cyber competition aimed at sparking interest in cybersecurity among cadets.

Legion Medal Submission

❓What: The Royal Canadian Legion Cadet Medal of Excellence is awarded in recognition for individual endeavours in citizenship that meet or enhance the aims and objectives of the cadet movement.

📅 When: Apply by March 20, 2026

📍 Where: Medal will be awarded on the Annual Ceremonial Review (ACR)

Excalibur Cadet Games

❓What: The Excalibur Cadet Games is a sports tournament that brings together cadets from the area for an exciting weekend!

📅 When: 21-22 March, 2026

📍 Where: Transportation to the University of Ottawa will be provided

💂 Dress: Civilian sports attire

🔔 Details: Lunch is provided, and cadets may also bring snack.

❓What: This traditional military-style evening includes ceremonial elements, dining etiquette, and squadron camaraderie in a structured and respectful setting.

Supreme Court Visit

❓What: 30 cadets will have the unique opportunity to take part in a guided visit of the Supreme Court of Canada. Explore key areas of the building, learn about the court’s procedures and the importance of law in Canadian society.
