Highlights


  1. Cadets with uniform pieces that don't fit are asked to bring them to regular training. You must submit a supply request here to receive new uniform pieces. New cadets that have not submitted or had their measurements taken are to see Capt Auge.


  2.  All parents and famillies are invited to attend our final Commanding Officer's Parade of the year on Tuesday December 16, 2025. The Squadron Sponsoring Committee will also be holding 832 Squadron's Second Annual Dessert Auction before the parade! A professional auctioneer will be selling homemade baked goods donated by the Sponsoring Committee and staff to the highest bidder.

Drill Team, Flag Party and Physical Fitness

📅 When: Monday, December 8, 2025

📍 Where: Ste Trinité School, 879 St Joseph Street, Rockland

💂 Dress: Civilian

Timings: Drill Team: 1800 to 2000; Flag Party 2000 to 2100; Physical Fitness 2000 to 2100

🔔 Details: This activity is open to all cadets. Drill Team is a great activity where cadets can learn the importance of teamwork and personal discipline. Each year, the Drill Team performs a dynamic display during the Annual Ceremonial Review. This is also your opportunity to participate in the Flag Party. The Flag Party presents and protects the flags and banners on parade. Please enter through side door (by parking lot). You must wear indoor shoes inside the school. No outdoor shoes are permitted. Don't forget your water bottle.


832 Rockland Help Center Food Drive

📅 When: Tuesday, December 9, 2025 during regular training

📍 Where: Carrefour Jeunesse Public Elementary and Secondary School

🔔 Details: Cadets are encouraged to bring non-perishable food or non-food essentials (hygiene products, baby supplies) to donate to the Rockland Help Centre. Don't forget to check the expiry date on the products that you are bringing. This is an inter-flight competition. Bring the most items as a flight to come out on top. Flight 3 is in first place for a third week in a row with 56 points! Flight 1 is in second place with 26 points, Band flight in third place with 20 points and Flight 2 in fourth place with 12 points. Who is going to knock Flight 3 out of the top spot this week? Bring in your items to see your flight in first place.


Regular Training

📅 When: Tuesday, December 9, 2025

📍 Where: Carrefour Jeunesse Public Elementary and Secondary School

💂 Dress: Civilian attire with squadron t-shirt or blue elemental t-shirt

Timings: 1830 to 2100

🔔 Details: A reminder that cadets must bring a microwavable mug, fork and a container with lid. There will be no canteen this week. Don't forget your water bottle, and note-taking material.


Music (Pipes and Drum Band) CANCELLED FOR DECEMBER 11 2025

🔔 Details: This activity is CANCELLED for December 11 2025 due to unavailability of the school. Take this opportunity to practice for the upcoming CO's Parade.


Marksmanship Activity

📅 When: Saturday, December 13, 2025

📍 Where: 150 Chemin Freeman, QC, J8Z 2B4

💂 Dress: Civilian sports attire

Timings: 0900 to 1200

🔔 Details: This activity is open to all cadets. Show up if you are interested in trying out for the squadron Marksmanship Team. Transportation and meals are not provided. Regionals will take place on March 14th 2026 . You must be able to attend to be on the team. Please note that this is the weekend before Ontario March Break. Squadron Sponsoring Committee Dessert Auction

📅 When: Tuesday, December 16, 2025

📍 Where: Carrefour Jeunesse Public Elementary and Secondary School

Timings: 1900 to 1940 - Commanding Officer's Parade to follow

🔔 Details: This fundraiser will help support cadet activities and upcoming projects. Come enjoy some delicious homemade treats and encourage our youth in their initiatives! Payments can be made by cash or e-transfer.


Commanding Officer's Parade

📅 When: Tuesday, December 16, 2025

📍 Where: Carrefour Jeunesse Public Elementary and Secondary School

💂 Dress: C3/issued blue elemental tshirt with civilian pants for cadets without a complete uniform

Timings: 2000 to 2100 (parents: parade starts at 2000 - please be seated NLT 1945)

🔔 Details: This is the final CO's parade of the calendar year. There will be promotions and special presentations. We encourage all parents and families to attend this parade and see what the cadets have been working on in the past months. There will also be a dessert auction.


Staff Cadet Summer 2026 Applications - Level 3+ cadets

🔔 Details: Opportunities are available for cadets who are currently registered or have completed level 3, have a rank of at least Sgt, have previously attended summer training and who will be 16 years old before the first day of employment and not turn 19 before the last day of employment.
